Zita M. Wnuk, of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at her home under the care of her family and Niagara Hospice. She was born in Lockport, NY, on August 20, 1930, the daughter of local farmers George J. and Katherine S. [Cindrich] Fellabick.

Zita worked for Harrison Radiator Division (GM) in Lockport for three and a half years; the late Dr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Gross for another three and a half years, and also served several years as an election inspector for the Town of Cambria.

In addition, Zita worked alongside her husband Edward in their floor covering business which they operated out of their Sanborn home. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, cooking, and doting on her precious dogs, which were some of Zita's most memorable past times.

When she was able, she was also devoted to helping care for several of her family members during their times of sickness and need.

She was the wife of 42 years to the late Edward S. Wnuk, who passed away in October of 1990 and sister to nine late siblings Mary (Claude) Reeson, Nicholas Fellabick, Rose (Jack) Penwright, Katherine (Adam) Judd, Ann (Leo) Sax, Eulalia (Walter) Fronczak, Eli (Frances), Frank (Jean) and George Jr. (Nora) Fellabick.

Zita is survived by many nieces and nephews, grand, great-grand and great-great-grand nieces and nephews.

Her family will be present on Tuesday from 4-8PM at RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:30AM, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 4671 Townline Road, Ransomville, NY.

Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association, Heart Association or pet charity of their choice.

Interment in Mount View Cemetery, Pekin.
