Troy W. Donahue Obituary

Houghton, New York - Gasport --- Troy W. Donahue, a former resident of Gasport, passed away on June 14, 2026, at Olean General Hospital. He was born on November 22, 1960, in Medina, a son of the late Everett and Judith Buri Donahue.

Troy served his country honorably for seven years in the United States Army. Following his military service, he applied his skills as a roofing technician for several businesses in the Niagara area.

Throughout his life, Troy found joy in many simple pleasures. When his health allowed, he enjoyed hunting and was an avid supporter of the Buffalo Bills. He treasured the serene moments spent sitting on Florida's beaches. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family, which was the heart of his life.

Troy is survived by his children, Deanna Donahue of Germany, Sean Donahue of Massachusetts and his siblings: Kelly (Mike) Ramming of Gasport, Tammy Morana of Plant City, Florida, Tina Destino of Florida, David Donahue of Worcester, Massachusetts, Christopher (Janet) Donahue of Gasport, and Cory (Courtney) Donahue of Lockport, his stepmother, Nancy Donahue of Newfane. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will forever hold his memory dear.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his stepfather, Everett Pearson, a sister-in-law, Darlene Donahue and a brother-in-law, Lou Destino.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
