Wilson, NY - Terry Rohring, of Wilson, NY, passed away on December 31, 2025. Born in Lockport, Terry was a longtime resident of Wilson, NY, and a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1964.

Terry worked on the Erie Canal after high school before enlisting in the United States Air Force in 1965. He enjoyed many adventures while in the service, including being stationed in Mildenhall, England, until his honorable discharge in 1969.

He married Joyce Rohring (Schultz) on April 6, 1968, and together they had two children, Jennifer Rohring and Matthew Rohring.

Terry enjoyed playing softball, bowling, and taking frequent vacations to Florida with his many friends and family. After retiring from truck driving, Terry began dedicating much of his time to the Wilson Volunteer Fire Co. as well as the American Legion.

Most of all, Terry enjoyed spending time with his three grandchildren, Taylor, Aidan, and Lachlan. Besides his grandchildren, Terry is survived by his wife, Joyce, son Matt (Amy), and brother David Rohring (Nancy). He is predeceased by his brother Kevin, mother Jean, father Donald, and daughter Jennifer. Terry requested no service but will be remembered for his active community involvement and love for his family.
