Samuel Perry Prentice entered into rest March 15, 2019. Born December 5, 1983, he was the beloved son of Perry W. (Tammy) Prentice and Cindy Walker.
Cherished brother of Shannon Prentice and Jenifer (Todd) McDermitt; beloved grandson of Patricia (late Herbert) Prentice and the late Racine Blake; dear friend of Laura Slack. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends may call from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Monday at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara Street, where the funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Interment Huskey Cemetery.
