Marilyn was loved by everyone that had the privilege of knowing her. Her heart was big and filled with the love of Christ. Although our paths went in different directions, I’m thankful someday we will reunite in heaven for all of eternity . Love and prayers to Bob and family .

Marilyn was a one of a kind woman of God. She was always looking out for others. She taught me so much about the Love of Christ, via words and deeds. She also introduced me to my hubby, and knew I was praying for God to send a man who loved Jesus. A true friend. And a Sister in Christ.

My heartfelt condolences to you all. When I read the news of Marilyn’s passing, my mind immediately flashed back to Thanksgiving week many years ago. My first Thanksgiving as a single mom and Thanksgiving meals were being put together. Marilyn offered one as a rep of the church. I tuned it down because I was too proud for handouts. She said, “Susan, don’t deny others their blessing to bless you”. I’ve never forgotten that and I share those words often.
She was a gem. A giving and happy soul. My prayers and love
