Margery J. Williams Obituary

Margery J. Williams entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 in the Schoellkopf Health Care Center in Niagara Falls, NY. She was 97. Margery was born on March 4, 1927 in Wilson, NY, the daughter of the late Daniel W. and Alice (nee Bull) Carter.


Margery was a graduate of Wilson High School and Rochester Business Institute. She married John K. Williams on September 3, 1949 in Wilson, NY. Sadly, John passed on February 4, 1993. She worked as a bookkeeper for Wilson Central School District and Mt. View Hospital. Mrs. Williams loved to golf, going for coffee, custard ice cream, Byes Popcorn and spending time with loving family.


Besides her beloved husband John and her parents, Margery is predeceased by her sisters, Janet Jerge and Maxine Tolsma; caring son-in-law, Robert Dunnick.


Mrs. Williams is survived by her loving daughters, Kathleen (Lon) Colley, Pamela Dunnick and Wendy (Paulette Dussault) Williams; also survived by nieces and nephews.


The family will be present to receive friends on Sunday, September, 22, 2024 from 3-6 PM at the Exley Community Church, 338 Lake Street, Wilson, NY, Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 10:30 AM. Friends invited. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
