Linda Lee Bisher, 73, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Wellsburg Healthcare Center. She was born September 18, 1951 in Wilson, NY, daughter of the late Tharon and Betty Parker Garris. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Garris.
She was an avid gardener who took immense pride in her flower beds. When she wasn't gardening she enjoyed working on her various craft projects. Her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren grow. She was a loving grandmother who cherished every moment spent with them.
Linda is survived by her loving family: Julie Robertson (Warren), Elaine Braggs (Myron), Jeremy Bisher (Lacy), Melissa Rudolph (Kenneth), grandchildren, Nicholas, Lydia, Kylie, Ashley (Amanda), Dejah, Domanique, Mackenzie, Gavin (Lyndsea), Hollis, Karis, Alexandria, and Kenneth, Jr. and great-grandchild, Eris.
The family will hold a private celebration of Linda's life. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that charitable donations in memory of Linda be made to the: Recreation Activities Residence Fund at Wellsburg Healthcare Center, 70 Valley Haven Dr. Wellsburg, WV 26070. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Weirton, WV.
