Karen A. Fricano, of Lockport, NY, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in Our Lady of Peace, Lewiston, NY.
She was born in Kenmore, NY on December 13, 1960, a daughter of the late Anthony and Katherine [Rogers] Fricano.
Karen graduated from Starpoint and Niagara County Community College with her degree in Nursing.
She was a Registered Nurse with various hospitals in Rochester, Warsaw and Batavia, before retiring.
Karen is survived by her children Casey R. (Kasi Leigh) Brown and Mollie B. (Joseph) Mitchel, Jr.; two grandchildren Iella and Durin Brown; a sister Amy (Robert Graff) Fricano; a brother David A. (Shelly) Fricano; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be held at a time to be announced.
