Middleport, NY - Joan Wozniak, 91, of Middleport, NY passed away on March 15, 2026 at the Lockport Rehab & Health Center.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 19 from 4-6PM, immediately followed by a memorial service at 6PM at Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 20 at 11AM at Our Lady of the Lake Parish, St. Patrick's Church, 1726 Quaker Rd., Barker.
