Jeanne A. Zanow, of Barker, age 87, passed away March 31, 2025. Jeanne was born in the Town of Hartland September 20, 1937; a daughter of the late Ben and Alice (Crawshaw) Landers. Mrs. Zanow was a 1955 graduate of Roy-Hart High School. She retired from Niagara County Department of Social Services. Jeanne and her late husband, Kenneth, enjoyed square dancing with the Grand Squares in Newfane. She was a member of the West Somerset Baptist Church. Mrs. Zanow was a former member of the Rebekahs.
She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Lee Zanow, son Cris Zanow and grandson Ira Cumberledge IV.
Jeanne is survived by her daughter Debra (Ira) Cumberledge; grandson Jesse (Jacklynn) Gingerich; great-granddaughter Abigail Cumberledge; sister Carol Welsher and beloved aide, Angela Munn.
Jeanne's memorial service will be held at the West Somerset Baptist Church 1876 Hosmer Rd., Appleton, NY 14008 on Saturday April 5, at 1:00pm. Memorials may be made to the church.
Jeanne's arrangements have been entrusted to Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, Middleport.
