Rochester, NY - Jane Prohaska (Lewis), 75, Newfane passed away on March 31, 2025, surrounded by her family. A one of a kind mother, grandmother and friend. Jane is a retired nurse, who worked for Newfane Hospital and the Visiting Nurses Association.
Jane was survived by her daughters; Susan Clark Gartland, Ann (Kyle) Kucsmas, and Katie Prohaska; her grandchildren, Finn and Ellie; her brothers, Quinn Lewis and Doug (Lisa) Lewis; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held April 22nd at 11:00 am at the Newfane United Methodist Church.
