H. Audrey Mayer, of Town of Cambria, NY, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, in the Lockport Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She was born in Lockport, NY, on March 18, 1926, the daughter of the late Thomas and Jessie (Cunningham) Purtell.

Mrs. Mayer graduated from Lockport Senior High School in 1944. She was a secretary for various businesses in the area, retiring from the William Hirsch Law Firm after many years. She was a member of the National Secretary Association.

Mrs. Mayer enjoyed spending time with her family and bowling.

She was the wife of 71 years to the late Thomas J. Mayer, Sr., who passed away September of 2017.

Mrs. Mayer is survived by her children, Thomas (Deborah) Mayer and Debra (Martin) Perilli; a daughter-in-law, Susan Mayer; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Kenneth Mayer and Kathy Mayer; and sister of the late Thelma Gillis.

Funeral Services will be held at a future date. Private entombment was in Acacia Park Cemetery, Town of Pendleton, NY.
