Gudrun L. Goodwin, age 89, of Alpharetta, GA, formerly of Ransomville, NY, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Oaks Of Alpharetta in Alpharetta, GA. Mrs. Goodwin was born August 17, 1935 in Stollberg, Germany, the daughter of the late Fredrich and Charlotte (nee Mehner) Neumann. She married Robert J. Goodwin on December 28, 1963. Sadly, Robert passed on April 17, 2000.

Gudrun was part of the Ransomville community for over 30 years. She was employed by GNC in Lockport, NY as a Sales Associate for over 15 years. Her love for family was endless. She would enjoy every moment she was able to spend with her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Goodwin is survived by her loving children, Ingrid Goodwin, Christine (Brian) Kelly and Robert (Mary) Goodwin; cherished grandchildren, Trenton Goupil, Jordan (Breonnah) Goodwin, Rhett Goodwin, Leah C. Kelly, Aiden R. Kelly and Clarissa M. Kelly; adored great-grandchildren, Cooper and Ella; dear brother Gerd Neumann.

The family will be present to receive friends on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 11 AM-1 PM at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, INC., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, where Funeral Services will follow at 1 PM. Interment will follow in Dickersonville Cemetery. Friends invited.
