Evalean C. Seitz Obituary

Evalean C. Seitz, of Lyndonville, passed away April 3, 2025. She was born June 19, 1928 in St. Regis Falls, NY to the late George and Eva (LaVair) Debiaw.

Evalean had a tremendous love for books, gardening, crocheting, needle work, and going to lawn sales. She had many collections of vintage milk glass, "Gone with the Wind" collectibles, Americana and so much more. Evalean was a retiree of Harrison Radiator in Lockport and after retirement, she loved to travel up to Tupper Lake and the Adirondack area where she was from.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Albert Joseph Boisvert, and second husband Ronald William Seitz, son Randall Boisvert, stepdaughter Belinda Seitz Rivas, and stepson Donnie Seitz.

Evalean is survived by her children Rae (Malcolm) Gardner, Reneé Boisvert Tillman, Robyn Boisvert Ottaviano, Roger (Nancy) Boisvert, Rose (Chris) Ames, stepson Michael (Beverly) Seitz, as well as grandchildren, Dan Gardner, Jessica Gardner, Robert Brown, Anthony Ottaviano, Andrew Ottaviano, great-grandchildren, DJ Gardner, Austin Gardner, Hannah and Nathan Fitshans, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private interment will be held in Lynhaven Cemetery in Lyndonville.

Evalean's arrangements are in the care of Cooper Funeral Home 215 W. Center St. Medina, NY 14103.

Memorial contributions in Evalean's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
