Lockport, NY - David William Morrell, of Lockport, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Niagara Hospice. He was 78 years old.

David was the beloved husband of Kimberly Morrell, with whom he shared 27 wonderful years of marriage. Born on July 27, 1946, he was the son of the late William and Leona Morrell.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Judith Morrell (née Holden), and his sister, Darlene Morrell. David was a devoted father to Jason Morrell (Alicia), Travis Morrell (Jessica), and Belinda Conners (JC). He was a proud grandfather to Darlene, Mitch, Kaitlyn, Hannah, Alex, Ignatius, and Hendrix, and a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his siblings, Douglas Morrell (Diane) and Diane Schrader (late David).

David had a lifelong love of the outdoors and adventure. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, and riding motorcycles. One of his proudest accomplishments was restoring a 1955 and 1956 Ford F-100, projects that reflected his dedication, craftsmanship, and pride.

Private services will be held by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or in David's memory to Niagara Hospice in Lockport, New York.
