Lockport, NY - Cynthia F. Kurk-Gerspach, 69, of Lockport, New York, passed away on November 15, 2024. Born in 1955, Cynthia lived a life centered on creativity, craftsmanship, and her deep love of animals, especially her horses.
Cynthia built a long and accomplished career in interior design and the historical restoration of homes, where her eye for detail and passion for preserving architectural character left a lasting mark on every project she touched. She was also an avid collector of antiques and a lifelong lover of art, design, and painting.
A dedicated horsewoman, Cynthia was a proud member of the Arabian Horse Association of New York, and she cherished the many years she spent riding, caring for, and showing her beloved horses.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Gerspach, who passed on October 13, 2020. She is survived by her two daughters, Alicia Clark and Alexandra Kurk, and her grandson, Damien Wizner, all of whom were the great joys of her life.
Cynthia will be remembered for her artistic spirit, her individuality, and her enduring love for her family and animals.
