Newfane, NY - Clarence Lester Say of Newfane, NY entered into rest after a brief illness on Monday, November 17, 2025. He was born in Batavia, NY on July 28, 1938, the son of the late Elwood Say and Clara (Say) Czajka.
Clarence is survived by his loving wife Bonita (Blosenhauer) Say of 18 years and predeceased by his wife Suzanne (Schafer) Say of 43 years.
Beloved father of daughters, Iesa (Daniel) Erck, Alaina (Christopher) Moeller, Tiera (Dino) Say-LaTona, stepson Adam (Heather) Bennett and predeceased by son Damon Say.
He is survived by his two sisters and predeceased by his two brothers. Also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandchild along with several nieces and nephews and predeceased by one grandson.
Clarence (Corky) was a former math teacher at North Park Middle School, Lockport, NY for 32 years. He retired to continue his passion as a gentleman farmer until 2018. Corky was also a locally known watercolor artist whose paintings grace many homes in the surrounding towns. He enjoyed spending time on the farm with his family and traveling with his wife Bonnie. Corky and Bonnie enjoyed dinner, music, and dancing as much as they could, and wherever they went, he either knew someone or left making new friends. He was a longtime advocate as a landlord to low income, under-served tenants in Lockport, NY.

Memorial is Saturday, November 22, 2025 1:00-4:00 p.m. at The Brookside, 2990 Lockport Olcott Road, Newfane, NY.
