Charlotte, NorthCarolina - Carol Moxham Boot passed peacefully on January 29, 2026, reunited in eternal rest with her beloved husband, Geoff Boot. She was 76 years old.
Born on July 23, 1949, Carol was a lifelong caregiver at heart. She dedicated many years to serving others as a nurse and later continued her commitment to helping people as a realtor. Beyond her professional life, Carol was also a proud author and illustrator of children's books. Carol was a proud graduate of Starpoint High School, Class of 1967.
She is survived by her loving sister, Linda Speranza, and her nephew Timothy Kornacki, along with her two brothers, Steve and Larry Moxham. Carol was a mother to her two children, Todd Chapman and Amy Chapman, and a loved grandmother to Kirsten (Arjun), Cassidy (Phoenix), Cameron Chapman, Brittany and Brandon Hale. She also leaves behind her great-granddaughter, Presley Jane Harris.
Carol will be laid to rest in Lockport, New York.
