Laverne Foote Budde, age 80, of Clymer, NY, formerly of Appleton, NY, died July 7, 2017. He was born October 12, 1936 to the late Howard and Lillian Foote Budde.
Laverne was the pattern shop Supervisor at the Dussault Foundry in Lockport where he worked for 35 years. He also worked at Kodak in Rochester, NY from where he retired. Laverne was an avid hunter and a member of the N.R.A. He had a passion for farming and lived for the outdoors.
He is survived by six children, Donna (William) Fiegl of Lockport, NY, Vickie L. Richardson of Appleton, NY, Mark L. Budde of Texas, Deanna (Nathan) Beach of Virginia, Robert (Jennifer) Budde of Lockport NY, Christopher (Laura) Budde of Lockport, NY; 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; three nieces, Cindy Inco, Bonnie King, and Shirley Brown; two nephews, Jeffery Quinn and Michael Sweet; a cousin, Doris Hyde; also survived by his dear companion, Beverly Olander and family; long-time friend Inez Walker; special neighbors, Bob and Laurie Allen and Jim and Linda Borsick.
Besides his parents, Laverne is predeceased by his daughter, Suzanne Adams; his sons, Brian (Sandy) Budde and Wayne Budde; his sisters, Norma Sweet and Janice Quinn; son-in-law, Paul H. Richardson; and a nephew, Douglas (Beverly) Quinn.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 12 noon at the Spitzer Funeral Home, 8728 E. Main Street, Clymer, NY. Rev. John Rouch is officiating.
