Suzanne (Spaulding)'s Story
Suzanne (Spaulding) Dykas passed away on July 3rd at Highland Hospital, Rochester, NY. Suzanne was born October 11, 1931 in Waterport and she grew up in Medina, NY.
She was a graduate from Lockport H.S. in 1950. She is survived by her husband Ted. She worked in the banking system in the 70's and 80's. Sue and Ted ran The Three Bears tavern in Lockport for several years.
Suzanne is survived by John (Hercilia) Cassell of Gasport, Richard (Gail) Cassell of Rochester, James (Lisa) Cassell of San Diego, CA, Deborah Foster of Wellsville, NY, Debbie (Marshall) Wallace of Monterey, CA and Ted Dykas, Jr. of Houston, TX. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and predeceased by one grandson, David James Cassell.
No prior visitation, burial will be in Boxwood Cemetery in Medina, NY, at a later date.
Her family wishes any donations to be made at any local hospice.
