Marilyn's Story

Marilyn J. Parm of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, formerly of Lockport, NY, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in Florida. Born on January 18, 1937 in Lockport and was the daughter of Clarence and Leona Snell Haak.
Marilyn was a 1954 graduate of Lockport High School and was a housekeeper for several Lockport families. She was former Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles and former member of VFW, I.O.O.B. and Moose Lodge. She was an avid bowler.
Predeceased by her husbands, Roger J. Hilderbrandt and George Parm; and brother, Douglas Haak. Marilyn is survived by four sons, Roger W., John E., Michael J. (Rachel) and Thorance M. Hilderbrandt: nine grandchildren, Angela, Heidi, Amanda, Hillary, Heather, Marylynn, Tyler, Griffin and Aiden; siblings, Gary (Eileen) Haak, Ronald (Anne) Haak and Sharon (Howard) Matthews; her companion, Leon 'Red' Chandler; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Friday from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Interment in Cold Springs Cemetery.
