Judith C. (Mott)  Kirkpatrick


Judith C. (Mott) Kirkpatrick passed peacefully after a brief illness on Sunday, June 30, 2019. She was born January 18, 1948 in Niagara Falls, NY. Predeceased by her parents, Cleveland and Gretchen Mott of Olcott, NY; and David Kirkpatrick, her husband of over 49 years. Judy and Dave were married June 24, 1967 at St. Peter's UCC.
Judy graduated in 1965 from St. Agnes (Albany, NY), attended Elmira College, then went on to raise a family with the love of her life. She was involved with numerous churches and went on a mission trip with Dave, helping to build a school in Maissade, Haiti. Judy was active for many years with Save-A-Pet, serving as Cat Officer and volunteering with the spay/neuter program, fostering and fundraising. Her giving nature in life will continue beyond death through UB Anatomical Gift Program and organ/tissue donation.
Survived by her children, Anh Le (Michele Yotter), David, Jr. (Olivia Wasiluk), Daniel Kirkpatrick, Carol (Curt Noon); grandchildren, Brandon (Emily Quast) and Jenna Le, Kelsie Kirkpatrick, Sarah and Shannon Kirkpatrick, Kayla and Trevor Noon; great-grandson, Christian Luzanilla; plus other close family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on August 17, 2019 at 12 Noon, at First Presbyterian Church, 21 Church St., Lockport.
The family requests any donations be made to Save-A-Pet or Niagara Hospice.

Anh, David, aniel, Carol, and Family-- Just received word here, near Albuquerque, f Judy's passing. I know how much she and your late dad meant to you-- and to the community. The Kirkpatricks and Shambachs go way back. Please accept our deepest sympathies to you and the extended family.

Everytime I drive down The Bluff I remember the years growing up with Judy. I cant believe she and her parents are all gone. My condolences to her family. She was super intelligent in school. And she devoted her years to family and animals. All will miss Judy.
