Joseph Converso, 63, of Lockport, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, February, 8, 2017 at home. Born on April 30, 1953 in Lockport, NY to Marilyn(Cramp) and the late Dominic Converso.
Joseph was a welder and had previously worked for Whiting Door in Akron. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and the outdoors.
Surviving is his mother, Marilyn of Lockport, NY; a daughter, Angela(Matthew) Poeller of Hawaii; brothers, Paul Converso of Lockport, NY and Michael (Joan) Converso of Williamsville,NY; a sister, Deborah (Rick) Ruppel of Middleport, NY; his grandchildren, Adianna, Camren and Jaxon. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday at 12 PM at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY 14108. Private burial will take place in Cold Springs Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the VNA of WNY Niagara, Woodlands Corporate Center West, 3780 Commerce Court, Suite 100 North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
